General Shipping Info

At Otakuuu, we believe in providing the best customer experience possible. One way we do this is by offering Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Your shopping experience should be efficient and straight forward, there will be no hidden fees added on at checkout. The price you see for the item is the total price you’ll pay (plus tax when applicable).

Standard delivery time can is usually anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Rare instances may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases, you may receive your order late but this is very unlikely. Please be patient as your items come from around the world.

We adhere to a very strict security and fraud system. A 1-3 day delay on your order may also be added if our system detects the possibility of a fraudulent transaction.

Tracking numbers for your products will be sent to you via email usually within 0-3 days after your purchase.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes. We currently do ship to most countries. Contact us if you have questions about shipping to your country.

How Do I Know If My Package(s) Have Been Shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with shipping information that includes a tracking number.

You can also check your Account for order status updates.

I Ordered Multiple Items, But Only Received One.... Where Is My Order?

We have a large assortment of products not always stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

Can I Cancel An Order?

Yes. You can cancel an order before it is processed and shipped by contacting us. Please send us an inquiry to cancel as soon as possible as we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

I Have Not Received An Email Regarding My Order. What Happened To It?

Make sure our email did not go to spam and if so, add us as a contact. If you have not received an order confirmation email or a tracking number and would like to receive it, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or sign into your Account to check the status of your order.

How Do I Track My Package(s)?

You can track your order by waiting to receive a follow up email containing a tracking number(s) or checking the status of your order by signing in to your account. If you do not have an account you can input your tracking number here

Checking Out As Guest Or Signing Up For An Account?

As a guest we take enough information to fulfill your order. If you have an account with us, you can go into your account to view your order status as well as order history.

 

Do You Offer Discounts On Wholesale Purchases?

Yes. Please contact us with your order details for more information on wholesale discounts.

Returns

How Do I Return An Item?

Please contact us  for approval before shipping a return. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of some of our items, they cannot be returned if they have been worn, used or damaged. Please check our full refund policy for more information.

Do You Refund Shipping Fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Since we already offer free shipping, you are responsible for paying shipping fees ($10 usd max) and this will reflect in the credit you receive back in case of an approved refund. We suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

Can I Exchange An Item?

We only replace items are shipped defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here or send us an email at [email protected]

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal, and store credit via Otakuuu E-Gift Cards.

 

What If My Credit Card Was Declined?

If your method of payment is declined, try an alternate method of payment and please contact us if the issue persists.
